The National Nephropolicy Think Tank (NNPTT) is a physician-led initiative dedicated to advancing the professional, economic, and policy interests of community nephrologists in the United States, including physicians in independent practices and those employed under productivity-based compensation models.

Our mission is to transform the challenges facing community nephrology into evidence-based policy solutions and meaningful action.

We believe that nephrologists who deliver frontline kidney care must have a meaningful voice in shaping the policies, payment models, and healthcare systems that determine the future of their profession and the patients they serve.

NNPTT brings practicing nephrologists together to identify shared challenges, develop practical solutions, and engage policymakers, healthcare organizations, and other stakeholders in constructive dialogue.
