Privacy and your inquiry

Professional inquiries

The contact form asks for your name, email address, optional practice or organization, area of interest, and message. NNPTT uses the information you submit to review your perspective, respond to your inquiry, and discuss collaboration where relevant.

How messages are handled

Messages are forwarded through FormSubmit to NNPTT’s private contact inbox. The destination address is kept on the server and is not published on the website. FormSubmit processes the form content for forwarding; its privacy policy and documentation describe its handling and retention of submissions, including a 30-day submission archive.

The form only reports acceptance when the forwarding service confirms it. An acceptance message does not guarantee inbox delivery. If activation or forwarding fails, the website keeps your draft on the page and displays an error.

What to leave out

This form is for professional and policy inquiries. Please do not include patient information, medical records, personal medical details, or confidential practice information.

Website data

This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics. Its hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to serve and protect the website. Messages are not posted publicly.

Questions about your information

To ask NNPTT about a submission or request its removal from the organization’s records, use the contact form and identify your earlier inquiry without including additional sensitive information.
